Carolina Seas is a custom-built oceanfront retreat in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach — a large house designed to take a whole group without anyone tripping over anyone else.

The ground floor opens onto the pool and surf bar; upstairs the living space keeps the ocean in view from the kitchen and the table. It is a house that works hardest when it is full.
